Each airline has different rules and prices. Pets are usually not allowed on Charter flights. Many airlines require a paying passenger to be on the flight with the pet. You will need to have health certificates from a veterinarian in order to clear customs. Plan to arrive at the Mexican Airport early. If you are flying out of Cancun Airport you need to have your pet inspected at Customs in the arrival section of the airport. First check in at the departure desk and they will take you to Customs be sure to have all the information from the veterinarian. When you arrive in the US declare you pet and the Customs people will once again check the paperwork from the veterinarian.
