Dr. Meghann Berglund

Meghann first joined the VIDAS crew as a CSU veterinary student in
2003, and has been a proud member of the summer volunteer group every
year since. After being chased out of Mexico early last year by
Hurricane Emily, she's looking forward to getting back to the Yucatan
for the summer of 2006! Since graduating with her DVM in May 2005,
Meghann has been working as a post-doctoral fellow in Shelter Medicine
at Colorado State University and the Denver Dumb Friends League. In
her spare time, she spends time with her husband (Eric), their two
pound puppies (Georgia and Brewster) and an assortment of geriatric
hamsters (current residents include Amos and Wendell). She enjoys
volleyball, music, and nature photography, and is presently trying to
convince herself she enjoys running (not working yet).
